Introduction

Our Privacy Policy explains how CuDel Delight Solutions Private Limited ("CDSPL") collects, processes and shares personal information across its website, mobile applications and related online services (collectively, the "CuDel Platform"). This notice covers everyone who uses or visits the CuDel Platform or whose details we handle when providing our services – from visitors exploring our site, to customers seeking services or goods, to the independent professionals and businesses offering those services ("service partners" and "product partners"), and the couriers and logistics providers who deliver products ("delivery partners").

In this document, references to "you," "your," "they," or "their" mean any person or business accessing the CuDel Platform. Terms such as "we," "our," "us," or "ours" refer to CDSPL and the professionals engaged through the platform to fulfil customer orders. This document should be read alongside our Terms and Conditions. If you ever have questions about how we handle your information, please contact us before using the platform so we can address your concerns.
