A. Introduction
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the premium makeup services offered through Lyns by CuDel ("Lyns"), the luxury makeup vertical of CUDEL DELIGHT SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED. These Terms include our Privacy Policy and any supplemental terms, guidelines, or policies issued by us periodically. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and supplemental terms, the latter will prevail.
For the purpose of these Terms of Use, wherever the context so requires "You" or "User" or "Customer" shall mean any natural or legal person who has agreed to book services through Lyns by providing accurate information while making a booking. The term "We", "Us", "Our" shall mean CUDEL DELIGHT SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED and its Lyns vertical.
CuDel Lyns is a premium makeup service platform where customers can book luxury makeup services for bridal, pre-wedding, engagement, party, and high-end events. These services are provided by our certified makeup artists who operate under Lyns brand standards and quality protocols.
By booking or using Lyns services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you disagree with these Terms or any future updates, you must discontinue your use of our services immediately.
1. Services
(a) Scope of Services:
CuDel Lyns provides premium makeup and styling services through certified professional and senior makeup artists. Services include but are not limited to bridal, pre-wedding, engagement, and high-end event makeup with standardized packages and planned celebrity tier expansion. Additional services cover airbrush application, premium lashes, hairstyling, male grooming, extended sessions, accessories, and outstation travel.
(b) Artist Tiers:
Our services are delivered through certified artists across different tiers:
- Pro Artist: Trained in Lyns standards for party and event looks
- Senior Artist: Experienced artists for engagement and bridal services
- Celebrity/Lead Artist: High-profile makeup artists
(c) Our Role and Service Standards:
CuDel Lyns directly manages artist training, certification, product standards, and service delivery. All artists are Lyns-certified and trained to luxury standards using premium products from leading international and domestic brands, follow strict hygiene protocols and maintain luxury service standards as defined in our operational guidelines. We handle booking coordination, advance payments, and ensure consistent service quality across all tiers. Platform fees, service charges, GST or any other fee are transparently communicated during booking.
(d) User Communication:
By using CuDel Lyns services, you consent to receive booking confirmations, artist details, prep instructions, and service updates via SMS, WhatsApp, email, or phone calls. You also agree to receive promotional communications about luxury packages, and seasonal offers. You may opt-out of promotional messages; however, this may limit access to exclusive packages.
(e) Territorial Coverage:
Services are currently available within India. Outstation services beyond the artist's base city may be available subject to additional terms and charges.
2. Booking and Confirmation
(a) Booking Process:
Customers can book services through our platform, WhatsApp, or phone. All bookings require accurate personal information, event details, and preferred service specifications.
(b) Age Requirement:
You must be at least 18 years old to book services. If booking for a minor, you accept full responsibility as the legal guardian.
(c) Booking Confirmation:
All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of advance payment and issuance of booking confirmation via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.
(d) Service Details:
You must provide accurate information regarding:
- Event date, time, and venue
- Number of people requiring services
- Specific service requirements and preferences
- Any allergies or skin sensitivities
- Venue accessibility and setup requirements
3. Pricing, Fees, and Payments
a) Service Pricing:
All package or service prices are clearly displayed on the Website/Platform/Lookbook and communicated during booking. Pricing is structured by artist tier (Pro, Senior, Celebrity/Lead) and service category. Peak date surcharges may apply for high-demand periods including wedding seasons, festivals, and special occasions as communicated at the time of booking.
(b) Add-On Services:
Additional services such as airbrush base, premium lashes, extra hairstyle changes, male grooming, extended hold time, and hair accessories are available at separately quoted rates. Outstation bookings incur additional travel and accommodation charges based on distance and requirements.
(c) Payment Terms:
- Advance Payment: A non-refundable booking fee is required to confirm your appointment and block the artist's availability
- Balance Payment: The remaining service amount must be settled before commencement of services on the scheduled date
- Payment Methods: We accept payments via digital wallets, UPI, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers through our secure payment gateway
(d) Additional Charges:
- Platform convenience fees, GST, payment gateway charges, and applicable taxes will be transparently displayed during checkout
- Early morning slots (before standard hours/before 6 AM) and late-night services may attract timing premiums
- Same-day or emergency bookings are subject to availability and may incur rush charges
(e) Cancellation and Refunds:
- Booking advance is non-refundable but may be adjusted toward a future booking subject to artist availability
- One complimentary reschedule is permitted if alternate dates are available
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service may result in partial or full charge retention
(f) Price Modifications:
CuDel Lyns reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice. Confirmed bookings will honor the originally quoted price. Any changes to service scope or additional requirements post-booking may result in supplementary charges.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
(a) Customer Cancellation:
- Free Reschedule: One free reschedule allowed if alternative date is available
- 48+ Hours Notice: Advance payment adjustable to new booking date
- Less than 48 Hours: Advance payment forfeited
- No-Show/Same Day: Full service amount payable
(b) Refund Processing:
- Refund requests must be initiated within 24 hours of the service issue
- Refunds are processed only after verification and approval by Lyns management
- Approved refunds are credited to original payment method within 7-14 business days
- Platform fees and gateway charges are non-refundable unless service failure is attributable to Lyns
(c) Service-Side Cancellation:
- If Lyns artist cannot attend due to emergencies, replacement artist of same tier will be provided
- If replacement unavailable, full refund including advance payment will be processed
- Lyns reserves the right to reschedule in case of force majeure events
(d) Non-Refundable Scenarios:
- Change in customer decision after service commencement
- Incomplete or false information provided during booking
- Unsuitable service environment not disclosed beforehand
- Force majeure events including natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions
5. Service Delivery and Customer Responsibilities
(a) Artist Arrival:
Artists will arrive 30-45 minutes before scheduled service time with complete setup and product kit.
(b) Customer Preparation Requirements:
- Clean, moisturized skin without heavy oils or creams
- Freshly washed and dried hair (no oil or serum)
- Ready and accessible outfits and jewelry
- Well-lit service area with table/chair and power outlet access
(c) Health and Safety:
- Customers must disclose any known allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions
- Avoid new facial treatments, peels, or threading 72 hours before service
- Ensure venue safety and cleanliness for artist setup
(d) Service Environment:
Customers are responsible for providing a suitable service environment. Artists may decline service if venue conditions are unsafe or unsuitable for quality service delivery.
6. Trial Sessions
(a) Eligibility:
Trial sessions are included with Bridal Elite and Bridal Haute Couture packages and subject to user requirement and package amount. Standalone trials are available at separately quoted rates for clients who wish to preview their look before the main event.
(b) Trial Policy:
- Trials must be scheduled with adequate advance notice before the main event as recommended by our team
- Trial notes are documented and replicated on event day to ensure consistency
- Changes to approved trial look may require additional time and charges
- Trial charges for standalone sessions are adjustable against final service cost for subsequent package bookings
(c) Trial Limitations:
Trial sessions are subject to artist availability and studio/location constraints. Modifications to the finalized trial look on the event day may impact service timing and incur additional charges.
7. Quality Assurance and Liability
(a) Service Standards:
Lyns maintains high-quality standards through regular artist training, certification, and quality monitoring.
(b) Limitation of Liability:
- Lyns liability is limited to the service amount paid for the specific booking
- We are not liable for allergic reactions if customer fails to disclose known allergies
- Not responsible for damage to personal property during service delivery
(c) Service Guarantee:
If service quality does not meet Lyns standards due to our fault, appropriate compensation including partial refunds or complimentary future services may be provided.
8. Intellectual Property and Content Usage
(a) Portfolio Rights:
Lyns may photograph final looks for portfolio and marketing purposes with customer consent.
(b) Social Media Usage:
Customer images may be used for social media and promotional materials only with explicit permission.
(c) Privacy Protection:
Customer identity and personal information will be protected as per our privacy policy.
9. User Conduct and Prohibited Behavior
(a) Respectful Behavior:
Customers must treat Lyns artists with respect and professionalism. Discriminatory, abusive, or inappropriate behavior will result in service termination without refund.
(b) Service Cooperation:
Customers must cooperate with artists during service delivery and follow reasonable instructions for optimal results.
(c) Venue Access:
Ensure artists have proper access to venue and service area without restrictions.
10. Data Privacy and Communication
(a) Data Collection:
By using Lyns services, you consent to collection and processing of personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
(b) Communication Consent:
You agree to receive service-related communications, confirmations, reminders, and promotional offers via SMS, WhatsApp, email, or phone calls.
(c) Data Security:
Personal information is stored securely and used only for service delivery and business purposes.
11. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, strikes, governmental actions, pandemics, or other force majeure events. In such cases, services will be rescheduled without penalty.
12. Modification of Terms
Lyns reserves the right to modify these Terms and service policies with reasonable notice. Existing confirmed bookings will be honored under originally agreed terms. Continued use of services implies acceptance of updated terms.

(b) Resolution Process:
All grievances will be addressed within prescribed timeframes. Good faith effort for amicable resolution preferred.
(c) Governing Law:
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the venue being New Delhi, India.
14. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between customer and Lyns regarding service booking and delivery.
